MEDICAL CANNABIS CERTIFICATIONS
We offer medical cannabis certifications for eligible patients seeking alternative treatment options. Our compassionate team is dedicated to providing personalized care and guidance throughout the certification process.
Certification Fee: $250 includes form notarization. CASH ONLY

TELEHEALTH VISITS
Access quality healthcare from the comfort of your home with our telehealth services. Consult our experienced practitioners for acute illnesses including ear infections, fever, cough, URIs, wheezing, UTIs, and more. Virtual visits are available for $100 per session.
Acute Illness Visit Fee: $100 CASH ONLY
Qualifying Medical Cannabis Conditions
